I'm a Product Specialist at Lunghamer Ford of Owosso, and I've been here for 23 years. I'm 56 years old and from Owosso, Michigan. I love what I do, and it shows – I always aim for customers to leave with a smile. I’m known for being friendly, outgoing, and keeping folks engaged when we talk about their vehicle needs. My hobbies include golf and hiking. I also enjoy traveling – I've been to Vegas, Florida, Jamaica, and South Dakota. Family is important to me, and of course, I enjoy talking about dogs. I'm passionate about building relationships with my customers, many of whom have become lifelong friends. I'm also passionate about how the car business has evolved. I enjoy being funny and caring.

I walked in with no appointment. My lease on my Ford Escape was about to expire so I was looking to buy out the lease. Paperwork was prepared, and an appointment set up for an oil change at the end of the week. This was my first experience at Lunghamer Ford. Everyone, especially Aaron treated me like a longtime customer. My past salesman, Dave Manges, from Delehanty Ford suggested Lunghamer. I am glad he did.

I enjoyed the straightforward experience with Lunghamer and with Aaron. There was no hidden fee talks, no pressure, and he was great at staying in communication with me concerning the whereabouts of the car's title. In the future, if I see a car I want from Ford or specifically at Lunghamer, I would certainly call Aaron first.
