About Brendon
Brendon Baad is the Chief Operating Officer and brings 26 years of automotive experience along with a genuine passion for people and the industry. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong teams, creating a positive culture, and making sure customers always feel valued and taken care of. His leadership style is centered around relationships, teamwork, and delivering the best experience possible for both employees and customers. Spending 5 years of his childhood in Spain, Brendon developed a love for travel, culture, and connecting with people from all walks of life. Outside of the dealership, family is everything to him. He is proud of the blended family he has built with his fiancée and their five children, and he enjoys spending as much quality time with them as possible. When he’s not at work, Brendon loves traveling, going to The University of Michigan basketball and football games. His passion, energy, and people-first mindset carry through in every aspect of his life and leadership.
