I’ve always had a good experience at Lunghammer. It’s the only dealer I’ve been to that makes sure I’m taken care of every single time I walk in the door, and the staff are always friendly and personable.

It has been my pleasure to work with Brent for many years now. I'm always greeted with a bright smile and a, "How have you been?" We always talk for a few minutes. He's the kind of guy that makes me feel like he has time for me and I'm not just a number on the schedule that has to be hurried along. He communicates well throughout my service visits and lets me know how things are coming along, and if I have questions, he is happy to answer them. If he doesn't know the answer, he honestly tries to get me one. It's not too often you can feel good about taking your vehicle/s in for service, but Brent is the kind of guy you actually look forward to seeing. I recommend he and Lunghamer of Owosso.

I entrusted Brent with oversight of the maintenance and repairs of my 1973 Mustang convertible. He and his team of mechanics did an outstanding job! The new tires and replacement of the upper ball joint made the car handle as good as the day it came off the assembly line. They treated the car as if it were their own.

I was extremely satisfied with him. The only issue was the fact that I told I had my own oil in the cab of the truck. No big deal . Everything is good. .
