Lunghamer provides great auto service. I especially like the service to pick up my vehicle at my home and return it once completed. This saves me hours between travel time and waiting for service to be completed. Also, the service is completed timely and accurately, I’ve never had any complaints with the service.

We recently came to Lunghamer to find a vehicle for our son. We were pre-approved for a loan at MSUFU. You tried to go through MSU but were denied. We asked you not to try to find credit anywhere else...but you had already inquired some where else. We told you not to try anywhere else but you continued without asking. We have received denial after denial letter in the mail. We went elsewhere got a much better vehicle and MSU approved because the dealer priced the vehicle appropriately. We have always done business with Lunghamer but no longer feel like you listen to your customers and we can no longer trust you to honor our requests. .
