It was fine. I feel very comfortable taking my car to Lunghamer. We originally went there because it is right down the road from my house but I have always had good service and courteous explanations to my questions since all I know about my vehicle is how to start, drive and put gas in it.

Very good everything was quick and efficient. Moving forward I can’t see myself bringing my vehicle into the dealership unless it was something serious that needed to be done. I like having the Mobil service.

Jason was awesome!! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and communicative. He made a very stressful situation much less stressful, and I feel confident that the service department at Lunghamer Ford did a great job in diagnosing and fixing the issues with my truck. I usually do not take vehicles to dealerships due to the higher repair costs, but I will be bringing my vehicle back to Jason when service is needed in the future. I cannot recommend Jason enough!!
