I brought my vehicle to Lunghamer for a routine oil change and to have the brakes inspected. When my car was returned to me, it had a radiator leak, Co2 censor failure and a broken interior door handle. None of these issues were disclosed or discussed with me before my vehicle was delivered to me. My vehicle was dropped off with the engine light on, a broken door handle and leaking fluid on my garage floor. To make matters worse, I was charged $70 for what amounted to a small application of epoxy to the door handle. The repair did not hold, and the handle had been broken by Lunghamer employees while my vehicle was in their care. When I choose to pay dealership prices for service, I expect my vehicle to be treated with professionalism and care. Instead, my car was returned in worse condition than when I brought it in, and I was charged for an inadequate repair. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I believe Lunghamer should take responsibility for the damage caused and provide a proper resolution.
