Not good. Broken wire for the hood ajar light indicator happened when the tech changed the air filter. It was fine when we arrived but upon leaving when we started it the light came on. Brent was told and said it was our fault then wanted to charge us $185..Brent said he would into it but never called us back. We fixed it for $15 from Amazon. Lesson learned after 13 years of oil changes from you guys. Things have definitely changed down there and not for the better.
